Prices and payment
Danish Balance ApS accepts payment by
Payments for orders will be debited from your account, once we have shipped your order.
All prices are indicated in DKK or EUR inclusive of VAT.
Danish Balance ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your credit card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be decoded while being transmitted via the internet.
Delivery and shipping
Your order will be delivered to your nearest Pakkeboksen terminal/pick-up location.
All orders will be dispatched within 7 days.
Estimated shipping time within Denmark 2-4 days.
The indicated shipping time is an estimate and may be subject to delays. In case Danish Balance ApS discovers that the indicated shipping time cannot be met, the buyer will be informed about this with information about the expected delivery time.
The following circumstances apply Danish Balance ApS’ freedom from responsibility if they prevent the agreement’s fulfillment or make the fulfillment unreasonably burdensome. Any circumstance beyond the control of Danish Balance ApS such as labor conflict, strikes, lockout, war, mobilization, seizure, currency restrictions, transportation barriers, transportation delays, restrictions of motive power, fire, terror, missing or faulty deliveries from subcontractors etc. unless otherwise specified according to the general rules of Danish law.
Processing of confidential data
www.danishbalance.com is a webshop under Daniah Balance ApS which is a separate legal entity that does not disclose any information to any irrelevant party. Danish Balance ApS stores its clients’ data safely. Information given when purchasing through Danish Balance ApS’ webshop, www.danishbalance.com, will be stored by Danish Balance ApS to ensure correct and optimal treatment of customers before and after delivery of orders. Relevant data will be stored during the period necessary for fulfillment of the agreement concluded with the customer and according to the Danish law.
Information given to Danish Balance Aps will only be used internally. The information will not be subject to sale or disclosure to third party.
Danish Balance ApS expresses reservations about typos, price errors,
colour deviations on photographs etc. on the webshop. Danish Balance ApS also expresses reservations about price changes and sold out products. Any sales apply until stocks are exhausted.
Return of products
You are entitled to withdraw purchases of products bought on the webshop within 14 days from the date you receive the products.
Buyer bears the full costs for returning any products themselves.
The wish to withdraw a purchase is to be notified to Danish Balance ApS within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal.
Notification of withdrawal must be sent per email to email@example.com. In this notification you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also chose to use our standard formula for withdrawal and return it with the product. You will find it here.
The condition of returned products
You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling of products in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. In other words – you can try the products at home the same way you would try them out in a physical shop.
If the products have been tried and used in any other way than the above described, we consider them used. This means that you by withdrawal of your purchase will be reimbursed only part of or non of the purchase price, depending on the product’s commercial value.
If you wish to obtain a refund, your receivables will be deposited to your account as soon as we receive your returned product. Moreover, the normal conditions according to the Danish Forbrugeraftaleloven apply. The right of withdrawal does not apply for specially designed tools.
In accordance with the sales law, you have a two-year right of complaint. This right is only applicable for manifest errors in material and/or function of the product.
The right of complaint does not apply for errors or damages caused by faulty handling of products.
When the right of complaint is applicable, Danish Balance ApS will cover refund costs to a reasonable extend.

Products sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
If a refund has been accepted, the buyer must inform Danish Balance ApS of bank details in order for Danish Balance ApS to refund the agreed amount.
